The latest version of the application is PCStitch 10. Unfortunately, you can't upgrade directly to the latest version, because only the latest version is available for purchasing. I have checked the official website, and the only thing you can buy is PCStitch 10 priced at $49.95.

To re-install PCStitch, visit its official website and fill the form that corresponds to your request then you will be issued a new download. Download and install the package and use your registration information to activate the product and that's it.
You can install it on your new computer using the old serial key received when you purchased the product. Download and install a new copy from the official web page and when you open the application select the Register and Unlock option and use to serial key to activate the product.
